ABOUT
I am Pär Kierkegaard and I am the founder of Prodaptor AB.
My idea about Prodaptor is to be a partner to companies in the process industry and provide services and high-end solutions to measurement tasks.
I have been working with many things in my career; complex marketing and sales, international establishments, negotiation and business establishment and management, but I have always seen it through “technical goggles”. When I see or hear about an issue somewhere my brain starts to develop a solution by instinct.
I can´t help it!
At times (quite often, frankly), I have had the opportunity to go deeper into a technical challenge and solve it together with my colleagues. Many solutions have become successful innovations and have driven both clients and my former company forward. We actually even managed to help our customers to significantly improve their products several times! When this happens, it is the biggest form of satisfaction, something I wish we could do every day of the week.
During the summer vacation 2019, I decided to create a new enterprise and focus on the use, integration and development of measurement technology for the process industry. The company motto is “Context and innovation”. I believe that any measurement (or inspection) system has a lot more to give than pure quality assurance, but it is essential to understand the context in which it is (or can be) used. In every new project, this should be the first thing to find out. To become the leader in your field, you also have to be economic and innovative, think out of the box, push things a bit further and maybe create new innovations and technology. This is where Prodaptor can help you.
I would love to see Prodaptor as a partner in your next project. From a technical standpoint but driven by product and production market and economy.
Pär Kierkegaard, CEO
Pär Kierkegaard received his PhD in applied optical measurement from Linköping University 1995. He was then responsible for Epact Inspection, a division within Epact Technology focussed on image processing and optical measurement for the industry.
In year 2000, Epact Inspection became Shapeline AB. Pär has then been active as CEO, Vice president and marketing & sales manager until March 2020. He is still owner and senior advisor at Shapeline.
Business ethics and responsibility
Prodaptor has zero tolerance to bribery and corruption. We also have respect to human rights and have no prejudice to political affiliation, sex, gender, beliefs, values, social class, age, disability, religion, sexuality, race, ethnicity, language, nationality or other personal characteristics.
Prodaptor also has zero tolerance to child labor and does not cooperate with any companies related to child labor.
We expect our cooperation partners to follow and respect our business ethics rules.
Prodaptor contribute to a better utilization of resources by improving yield and productivity.
